Ladlelore is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to let sites earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. In plain terms, here is the line that matters most: As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
What that means for you
When a guide or review on this site links to a product on Amazon, that link may be an affiliate link. If you click it and then buy that product, or sometimes another item during the same visit, Ladlelore may receive a small commission from Amazon. This does not change the price you pay. You pay the same price whether you use our link or go to Amazon directly.
What it does not mean
A commission does not buy a better ranking, a kinder review or a higher pick. We decide which product is best for a buying guide before we add any Amazon link, and we never swap a better product for a worse one because of a commission rate. We do not accept payment from a brand to appear in a guide, and we never alter a verdict for pay.
No dollar prices or Amazon ratings on our pages
We do not display Amazon's star ratings or publish Amazon's live prices on our pages, because we have no feed that keeps those numbers current. Each pick shows a price tier instead of a dollar figure: Budget, Mid-range or Premium. The tier compares the maker list price on our check date with similar products in the same category, and the Check current price on Amazon link shows today's price.
